“At age 54, I feel stronger and healthier than I have many years!”

How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

I have been training since I was in high school and have had times where I felt relatively satisfied but always seemed to fall short of my fitness goals. With the guidance of Bigger Leaner Stronger I was able to achieve levels of leanness I didn’t even know were possible age 54. My cut lasted about 12 weeks.

Before: 180 lbs and 17% body fat
After: 155 lbs and 8% body fat

What has happened so far on the program?

The program is very precise. It explains exactly what needs to be done to bulk and cut successfully. The eating plans are broken down to the macronutrient level leaving no guesswork, only math, and science and a guarantee for success. I was amazed as my body started to change.

Nothing kept me from buying this book. I already had a stack of ineffective books and I was searching for something that was more comprehensive.
