25 CLEAN 500-Calorie Plant-Based Bowls

Are you working on achieving some new healthy eating goals this month? There’s nothing better than an amazing plant-based bowl—perfectly balanced in protein, healthy carbs and fats, and calories—to get you on the right path. The goal is to be satisfied with a hearty, delicious meal, packed in vitamins, minerals, antioxidant compounds, and macros, with a modest amount of calories to help maintain healthy weight goals. Five hundred calorie meals are a great way to promote healthy weight, as it’s enough to keep you fueled and feeling energetic, while still moderating your calorie intake for fitness. At the same time, it’s important to push up the clean, whole plant ingredients in a power-packed bowl, which includes plenty of real whole grains, pulses, soy foods, fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, plant fats, herbs, and spices. At the same time, we want to limit those unwanted ingredients, such as added sugars, sodium, and additives. That’s why I asked some of my favorite bloggers of all time to contribute their best 500-calorie plant-based bowls that are as clean as they are delicious. Each balanced, plant-based bowl provides around 400-500 calories in order to keep you feeling satisfied for a fabulous day.
